My journey: From uncertainty to Purpose
Welcome to my story. I am sharing this not to reflect on my journey, but to give you a deeper understanding of who I am and why I love what I do. Every client I meet becomes a part of this story— and I am so grateful you are here.
A new beginning
Before moving to the United States, I dreamed of becoming a nurse. But when I arrived here, I was faced with challenges I never could have imagined. I didn’t speak any English, and everything—from the language to the cuture—was completely unfamiliar.
I had to start from scratch. Step by step. I built a foundation: I enrolled in ESL Classes, earned my GED, and obtained my beauty licenses. I even studied nursing in community collage for a year and half. But due to financial challenges, I had to make a different decision to pause that dream.
Discovering a New Passion
Becoming a beautician was’t part of my original plan—it was a practical choice to support myself. But to my surprise, it turned into a passion.
I realized that beauty is not just about technique—it’s form of art. I take great pride in my work and consider myself a perfectionist. Every client I serve is unique, and I aim to enhance their confidence and brighten their day through personalized care
More than just beauty
What I love most about my work is the connection. Over time, my studio becoming more than a place for beauty—it’s become a space for comfort, conversation, and healing. Sometimes I am just a listening ear, other time, I help my clients feel refreshed and seen.
That smile I see at the end of an appointment? That’s what keep me going.
Growth, Gratitude, and Moving Forward
My journey has had its share of obstacles, but every step has taught me something valuable. I’ve learned that dreams can evolve, and new opportunities can lead to even greater fulfillment.
I am proud of my upbringing, which has shaped my values of hard word, humility, and gratitude. Today, as I prepare to grow my beauty business, I carry those values into everything I do.
